Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. If you are unsure about what you are ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

We carefully inspect each fabric as your order is processed to make sure it is defect free. However, if you find any defect in our fabric notify us within 10 days of receiving the fabric and we will be happy to exchange for the same amount of the same fabric by using the following procedure;

Please email an image of the problem to customerservice@housefabric.com. Please describe the problem. You will then have the following options;

1.       We can work something out to work around the problem.

2.       We will mail you a prepaid shipping label to return the fabric. As soon as we receive the fabric back, we will reship your order. This will all be at no cost to you

3.       If you want us to reship your order at once, we must create a new duplicate order and charge your account. We will include with your replacement shipment a prepaid shipping return label. When we receive the problem fabric back, we will issue a full credit for the duplicate order.

Please note; No claims or returns are allowed on cut fabric.

 

What if I received the wrong fabric?

We double check that we ship the correct fabric, but, sometimes we make a mistake. If you believe we sent the wrong fabric, please use the following procedure;

Please email an image of the fabric to customerservice@housefabric.com or mail us a small swatch. We want to be sure that we do not reship the wrong fabric twice. You will then have the following options;

1.       We will mail you a prepaid shipping label to return the fabric. As soon as we receive the fabric back, we will reship your order. This will all be at no cost to you

2.       If you want us to reship your order at once, we must create a new duplicate order and charge your account. We will include with your replacement shipment a prepaid shipping return label. When we receive the wrong fabric back, we will issue a full credit for the duplicate order.

What if my package arrived damaged?

If your package arrives looking damaged, carefully open it and inspect the fabric. If the fabric is damaged, save the wrapper for the shipping company's inspection. We will exchange any fabric damaged by the shipping company in accordance with the shipping company's procedures and authorization.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the US 48 Contiguous for a flat rate of $9.95 using either FedEx Ground, FedEx SmartPost or USPS. Please contact us for shipping to HI or AK.
