good quality product, bad customer service

The satin quality was fine, but I knocked a star off because their customer response is the pits. I ordered the wrong color and called later that day (no one picked up). I wrote an email. No reply. Next day I have an email saying "your package is shipping." I called and left a voicemail and I emailed again. Fabric arrived promptly. Not corrected. So I have yards of the wrong color (which was my mistake) and still have heard zip from anyone working there.
Double and triple check your needs before placing an order, folks. They are not going to follow up on communications.
